PRACTICUM OPPORTUNITIES
Supporting Continued Growth of the ECE Industry
We fully support the continued growth of the ECE industry. Most of the staff working for us and our sister company, have graduated from Ridge Meadows College, Sprott Shaw, and other local institutions.
Typically, we accept one student per facility per semester. We avoid having practicum students during peak transition times for children (early September or late June); however, we are usually able to accommodate students.
In previous years, with approval from parents, we have even welcomed students from local secondary schools who have posed an interest in entering an ECE program after graduation to sit in and observe our centre’s. Our focus is to assist the community in it’s continued growth of qualified early childhood educators.
